MEMBERSHIP



Membership of IERA is available to individuals (Academics, IR/HRM Practitioners), full-time students, and institutions.

Membership benefits include:
  • Subscription to the International Journal of Employment Studies and the International Employment Relations Review;
  • IERA Newsletter providing information on members' research and conferences;
  • Access to and networking opportunities;
  • Notifications from IERA on conferences, calls for papers, relevant events and even academic opportunities through IERAs email distribution network and website;
  • Entitled to be elected as officers of IERA and to vote for the election of officers

In addition to those benefits detailed above, full-time student members enjoy a discounted membership and conference fees!



Membership Fees

The IERA Membership year runs from 1 July to 30 June of the following year.  Everyone who attends an IERA Conference becomes a fully paid up member of IERA for the following year.  The membership fee structure is as follows:
  • Institution Membership AU$120
  • Individual Membership (academic, IR/HRM practitioner) AU$65.00
  • Full-time student Membership AU$25

Annual IERA membership renewal fees are payable on 1 July.  Membership fees are in Australian dollars and can be paid via cheque (in AU$ and made payable to IERA) or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
